E-Commerce In Ghana: What is the missing link?




Years ago when we envisioned the continent’s most coveted e-commerce platform, it didn’t take long for us to realize that cutting-edge technology alone wasn’t enough. We learnt that e-commerce is an ecosystem that requires more than fancy customer access channels and intelligent algorithms. Merchandise have to move from vendors to customers, and customers must have a secure means to pay for their purchases.
